Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate daily ocean freight operations including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.
- Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations, AMS and ISF filings.
- Monitor shipment status and update internal systems and customers accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian customs regulations and international shipping standards.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and discrepancies related to ocean freight.
- Maintain organized records and support internal audits and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably in ocean freight operations.
- Proficiency in local language, English (both spoken and written). Mandarin/Chinese is a definite advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and freight forwarding systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
